Warranty applies only to the original purchaser who has bought the product directly from donsverse.com and is non-transferable.
Donsverse is not responsible for malfunction or non-operation caused by mishandling, unstable power supply, third-party modifications, or improper care of the product.

Warranty covers only functional issues, not external or cosmetic damages like scratches, cables, or packaging wear.
All items carry manufacturer warranty as per the brand’s terms.

2. Return Policy

At Donsverse, we ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange or refund (for dead-on-arrival) or exchange only (for functional defects) within 7 days of purchase.

Products must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by the invoice and all included accessories

To raise a return request, email shopdonsverse@gmail.com with your order ID, reason, and clear photos/videos of the item.
Handling charges may be deducted in case of customer-caused damage.

6. Order Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

7. Delay or Non-Delivery

If delivery fails or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, any extra re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Right to Cancel & Incorrect Pricing

Donsverse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be fully refunded to the original source.

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you via our trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, and others.
