At Donsverse, we make sure your fashion fits arrive on time, in perfect condition, and with zero stress. Your orders usually reach you within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
If an item is on backorder or faces an unexpected delay, we’ll let you know right away. We offer free shipping across India, with no hidden charges or duties.
Shipping Partners
We work only with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We don’t compromise on quality or reliability — no local courier shortcuts.
In rare cases (bad weather, festivals, strikes, etc.), your delivery might take a little longer — we appreciate your patience in such cases.
Replacement Policy
We stand by our quality — but if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
You can request a replacement if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

You make the request within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original packaging (tags, labels, and all accessories included).

Unused and in the same condition as received.

Accompanied by the original invoice.

When Replacements Are Not Possible
We’re unable to process replacements in the following cases:

The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The item shows signs of use or physical damage.

Original packaging, labels, or invoice are missing.

The issue is due to customer mishandling or incorrect use.

Product has custom alterations or modifications done by the buyer.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel before shipping, contact us immediately at support@donsverse.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Warranty
All branded products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Physical damage or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims are handled directly by the brand’s authorized service centers.
Return & Refund Policy
If you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, please report it to us at support@donsverse.com within 24 hours of delivery.
You must share an uncut unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.
If the outer packaging looks tampered or pressed, please note that on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip before accepting the parcel.
Refunds will be issued only after verification by our team and are not valid in cases where:

The item was damaged after delivery,

No unboxing video was provided, or

The claim was made after 24 hours of receipt.
